2. What data we process
This website is for information only: it has no forms, no user registration and no online shop, and we do not ask you for any personal data to browse it. Even so, some technical data is processed when you visit it:
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics). Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and an identifier stored in a cookie. They are used only to understand which content is viewed and to improve the website. They are only collected if you accept statistics in the cookie notice. Legal basis: your consent.
- Third-party content. The website can show maps (Google Maps) and our Facebook page. This content is only loaded if you accept external content in the cookie notice (or click "Load map" / "View posts"). At that point, your browser connects directly to those services, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. Legal basis: your consent.
- When you contact us. If you contact us by email or phone, we use the data you give us (name, contact details and the content of your message) only to reply to and handle your request, such as quotes or orders. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or the performance of a contract. You are not obliged to provide this data, but without it we cannot reply to your request.
3. Posts on our Facebook page
The application we use to post on our Facebook page does not collect or access any Facebook user data: it only posts the company's content on the company's page.
4. External services we use
We do not sell data. We use the following service providers:
- Google (Analytics, Maps): privacy policy
- Meta (Facebook): privacy policy
- Amazon Web Services (hosting): privacy policy
Some of these services may process data outside the European Union, namely in the USA, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep data
- Visit statistics: for the period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
- Contacts: for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may, at any time, request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing or withdraw the consent you gave. Just send an email to cosmatell@gmail.com. We do not make automated decisions based on your data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. On your first visit, a notice asks whether you accept statistics and external content; nothing that is not necessary is turned on without your choice. Your choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time.
